James Bond: No Time To Die trailer release date REVEALED? Daniel Craig teaser is ‘READY’

It’s been a long time coming, but the first No Time To Die teaser trailer looks likely to be just around the corner. According to Trailer Track, the Daniel Craig James Bond teaser could arrive as early as next week to show in front of Brad Pitt’s Ad Astra when it releases on September 18. If not then, allegedly by the end of the month in time for Joaquin Phoenix’s Joker, which is out on October 4. Trailer Track tweeted: “If it’s indeed ready to go, guessing either next week in time for Ad Astra, or between now and end of the month in time for Joker.”

They added: “Since a lot of it was shot IMAX would imagine they’d want to have its big-screen drop with an IMAX release.”

While the site’s Anton Volkov tweeted a GIF of Craig’s Bond smirking and wrote: “[That feeling when] you hear that your most anticipated teaser of the year this side of Nolan is ready for release.”

Meanwhile, another possible trailer release date is October 5 because it’s International James Bond Day.

The No Time To Die teaser will be the first official footage for the new James Bond movie since a behind-the-scenes look shared by director Cary Fukunaga in June.

The video was exclusively from the Jamaica shoot, which is where the film’s principal photography began in late April.

The stylistic minute-long video shows 007 approaching a beach house with his gun cocked, while another scene sees the spy driving a Land Rover Defender.

Presumably, the hut is James Bond’s home with Madeleine Swann, in his retirement from MI6.

There’s also a couple of shots of Lashana Lynch’s Nomi, who is said to be his replacement as the new 007.

Meanwhile, in town, we know Bond comes across Wright’s Felix Leiter, who was last seen in Quantum of Solace.

The CIA agent was absent from Sam Mendes’ Skyfall and Spectre, so this is quite the reunion for the pair.

According to the official plot synopsis, Felix has sought Bond out in retirement, to get help on a new mission.

The official plot summary for No Time To Die reads: “Bond has left active service and is enjoying a tranquil life in Jamaica.

“His peace is short-lived when his old friend Felix Leiter from the CIA turns up asking for help.

“The mission to rescue a kidnapped scientist turns out to be far more treacherous than expected, leading Bond onto the trail of a mysterious villain armed with dangerous new technology.”

Hopefully, the trailer will reveal the first look at Rami Malek’s unnamed villain.

No Time To Die will be released in UK cinemas on April 3, 2020.
