MI6 HQ reported that last month leaked paperwork from local production company True North appeared online.
The scene, which matches set photos, was described as: “A child shoots an intruder. She is chased by a 2nd intruder and runs onto a frozen lake.”
The outlet notes the pictures and footage probably show a flashback scene for Madeleine Swann.
Léa Seydoux’s Bond girl recounted a very similar scene to 007, while on the train in Spectre.
Travelling across Morocco towards Blofeld’s lair, Bond insists on training Swann, the daughter of Quantum/Spectre agent Mr White, in assembling a gun.
However, he soon realises he doesn’t have to teach her anything.
She says: “A man once came to our house to kill my father. He didn’t know I was upstairs playing in my bedroom.
“Or that Papa kept a 9mm under the sink with the bleach. That’s why I hate guns.”
Unless it’s a complete coincidence, surely this is the scene that was being shot in Norway for Bond 25?
After all, Seydoux is returning for the new movie as Swann, having driven off with Bond at the conclusion of Spectre.
It seems likely then that the blonde girl in the Bond 25 set photos is a young Swann, so perhaps Norway is doubling for Austria – where she and Mr White were in Spectre.
Bond 25 will be released in UK cinemas on April 3, 2020.
