James Argent's new exercise regime is helping him 'inside and out'


James “Arg” Argent has opened up about how his new health-focused regime is helping him with mental as well as physical health.

The former TOWIE star was snapped days ago out on a run, and earlier getting out on his bike.

Now he’s taken to Instagram to show the progress he’s made.

Arg wrote: “I’m making progress. Inside & Out. One day at a time.”

His celeb mates were on hand to offer words of support and encouragement.

Jess Wright, who recently announced her engagement, gushed: “So proud ARG. Keep at it.”

Geordie Shore legend and Queen of the Jungle Vicky Pattison wrote: “Omg!!! I’m so proud of you!”

Megan McKenna, meanwhile, commented: “So proud! Amazing.”

Even Olympic athlete Greg Rutherford was impressed, writing: “Well done mate! Bloody good on you.”

BRIT nominee Sam Fender called Arg a “legend”, while Dan Osborne penned: “Well done brother!! Smashing it!”

Arg has been very open about his weight in the past, and how it has yo-yoed amid rehab stints and a suspension from TOWIE in 2015.

In 2019, he told that he was the “biggest” he’d ever been, and committed to a new regime.

He told The Sun at the time: “In regards to my body – I need to work on that. I need to get back in the gym and boxing again.
