Kris took to Instagram on Tuesday to share a snap of the Flat Tummy Co. shakes, and told fans she was ‘feeling slimmer than she had in a looong time.’

Sharing a screen grab of the post, Jameela wrote: ‘Why tho?,’ before posting a snap of the comment she shared underneath the image.

It read: ‘Flat Tummy Co side effects are cramping, stomach pains, diarrhea and dehydration and it can impact contraception users. Eat fruit and veg to fill up and feel good kids.

‘It’s cheaper and safer than a non-FDA approved powder over the internet. It’s madness that these celebrities aren’t forced by @Instagram to post the side effects of these dangerous products.’

Jameela wrote in the comments: ”If you’re too irresponsible to: a) own up to the fact that you have a personal trainer, nutritionist, probable chef, and a surgeon to achieve your aesthetic rather than this laxative product…

‘And b) tell them the side effects of this NON-FDA approved product, that most doctors are saying aren’t healthy.

‘Possible Flat Tummy Tea side effects are cramping, stomach pains, diarrhea and dehydration… then I guess I have too.’

Jameela pleaded with the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star, 34, to ‘be smarter than this’ and to ‘not hurt other girls the way you have been hurt.’

She said: ‘It’s incredibly awful that this industry bullied you until you because this fixated on your appearance. That’s the media’s fault.

‘But now please don’t put that back into the world and hurt other girls the way you have been hurt. You’re a smart woman. Be smarter than this. Please set a better example.’

MailOnline contacted a representative for Khloe for comment at the time.

And while Khloe did not respond to Jameela’s post, Cardi B did in scathing fashion, after Jameela hit out at her promotion for the brand Teami in November.

After Cardi took to Instagram to share a video promoting Teami’s so-called detox tea, Jameela wrote: ‘They got Cardi B on the laxative nonsense “detox” tea. GOD I hope all these celebrities all s**t their pants in public, the way the poor women who buy this nonsense upon their recommendation do.

‘Not that they actually take this s**t. They just flog it because they need MORE MONEY.’

But Cardi made light of Jameela’s comments as she wrote on Instagram, ‘I will never s**t my pants cause there’s public restrooms everywhere… ooo and bushes.’

Re-posting an article that contained Cardi’s response, Jameela then added: ‘She will never s**t her pants, not because of bushes, but because she probably doesn’t ever take the products she promotes… during her promotional video she keeps looking at the name of the product on the cup… almost as if she’s never seen it.’

The star also slammed singer Iggy Azalea in November for promoting a similar brand, and went onto speak candidly about the damage she has done to her own body through the use of dangerous detox products.

Jameela wrote: ‘Another double agent for the patriarchy bites the dust… When will these women who are covered in plastic surgery stop telling their followers to drink a laxative to look like them?

‘It’s so embarrassing and it’s so encouraging of eating disordered behaviour. BE BETTER ALLIES!’

The actress discussed her own struggle with weight loss and said that as a teenager she ‘starved herself for years’ and previously used the ‘miracle cures and laxatives’ but said she’s since been left with ‘digestion and metabolism problems for life’.

Before she added: ‘I damaged my fertility, I was consumed and mentally ill. I was obsessed and didn’t eat a meal for over three years as a growing teen’.

She went on to admit: ‘I am not going to stop coming after all the people, men and women, who perpetuate this gross culture of forcing women to remain small and doll-like in order to be accepted by society.

And ended by telling Iggy: ‘If you tell your fans to be thinner, you don’t love your fans. You don’t give a s**t about them or their mental health or self worth’.
