Jake Paul has shrugged off Tana Mongeau‘s emotional video on their marriage, instead ‘leaking’ boxing footage on his own channel.
Tana, who married Jake back in August, recently uploaded an emotional video about their relationship, admitting she was ‘broken’ after seeing him with his exes Erika Costell and Alissa Violet.
However, instead of addressing the drama in his recent upload, he instead reacted to footage of himself sparring ahead of his boxing match with AnEsonGib.
The star, who previously won against KSI’s brother Deji, explained the footage, saying: ‘I’m watching my old bad habits and seeing the progression of how much better I’ve gotten.’
However, some fans weren’t impressed that he didn’t mention his wife Tana after she opened up.
‘I want a real talk of him about his side of that Jake-Tana situation,’ one said, with another adding: ‘Tana: Post a 40 minute video pouring her heart out about Jake Jake: FiGhT fOtAgE lEaKeD.’
After just a few months of marriage to the FaceTime singer, Jake faced scrutiny after he was spotted grabbing lunch with his ex Erika, and posting a romantic snap with another ex, Alissa.
In her new video, Tana, 21, confessed she’s ‘so unhappy’ with how her marriage has been portrayed over the past few months.
‘I’ve done so much pretending I don’t care when I do. I did so much of being the “cool girl” and not “caring” and I think I just put so much of myself into Jake that I lost myself,’ she explained to viewers.
‘It was the best feeling in the world to be so on the same page with someone, it was like a drug.’
Tana went on to explain how she battled with her mental health when people thought she was marrying Jake, 22, ‘for clout and fame’.
Shortly after their wedding, Jake was pictured hanging out with his ex Erika in Los Angeles and Tana recalls how she found out online.
‘I felt like I was opening my phone every day to something that just broke me further,’ she admitted.
‘Finding out about the Erika s**t on Twitter killed me, because Jake and I had so many conversations where he like villainised her, and I spent so much time trying to be everything she wasn’t.’
