YouTubers Jake Paul and Tana Mongeau had everyone shocked when they announced that they were getting married just two months after they started dating.

However, two days away from the big day, the couple exclusively revealed the details about the lavish wedding to Metro.co.uk on their way to Las Vegas to see the venue for the first time.

Explaining they’re both ‘absolutely’ writing their own vows, Tana joked: ‘Imagine if we had a ghost-writer for our vows, that would suck.’

With the FaceTime singer saying Jake has just found out what wedding vows are, her fiancé admitted: ‘Yeah I learned what vows are a couple of hours ago. Mainly two days ago, because my parents got divorced.’

‘Mine too,’ Tana said. ‘We are writing our own vows and we are very excited about it!’

As many perhaps expected, Jake said his older brother Logan is set to be best man – despite his previous doubts about the pairing.

‘It’s my brother, unfortunately,’ he laughed. ‘He is my best man. He is my best man and I love him. He’s quite the guy. He’s the best, man!’

The 23-year-old has made no secret of the fact he’s been doubtful about the pair’s relationship, recently speaking about ‘fake relationships’ to Barstool Sports’ podcast KFC Radio.

However, the groom-to-be isn’t holding a grudge.

‘I think he started out doubtful because he’s my brother and he’s protective of me, I think he finally is on board and understands where we’re coming from and really just wants me to be happy, that’s what life’s about,’ the 22-year-old reflected.

Tana added: ‘He actually teared up the other night. He also has pinkeye right now so maybe that’s why but I think he teared up.’

Meanwhile, Tana’s excited to have a whole host of important women in the pair’s lives as her bridesmaids.

‘I think it’s good we took the non-traditional route of having some of the girls in his life be my bridesmaids and some of the guys in my life be his best men. It’s a super collaborative thing which is cool,’ she said.

She was also happy to confirm the rumours MTV will be airing the big day for everyone to see, explaining: ‘Yes, that is very true. There’ll be a lot of different people filming it for a lot of different content and we’re super excited to see the videos after and cry on our honeymoon.’

Jake also confirmed the Las Vegas wedding, which is set to take place at the Graffiti Mansion with a reception at the Sugar Factory, will cost a whopping $500,000.

And, as potentially one of the biggest YouTube events, the pair have had to make some pretty big decisions – one of which, was deciding whether to have strawberries or raspberries on the day.

‘There’s a lot going on,’ Jake said. ‘You have to start making decisions, like do you want raspberries at the wedding or strawberries?’

And, to be honest, that’s a lot of f***ing pressure! I don’t know if you’ve ever had to decide between a f***ing raspberry and a f***ing strawberry, but that s*** is crazy.’

Although Jake admitted he’s feeling ‘overwhelmed’, the pair seem ridiculously excited for their big day.

However, they’re aware not everyone is as confident in their relationship. After all, even though Tana revealed she ‘was having sex with Jake in her mind months and months before,’ they have only been together for a couple of months.

‘We’ve known each other for a long time so I think it seemed quick to the public, but when you know you know,’ Jake considered.

Tana added: ‘I feel like love and marriage and life is all about finding each someone who makes you your best self and we both kind of realised that we made each other our best selves, that was the moment we knew. And our life is short!’

‘I don’t think I’ll live past 32,’ Jake interjected.

Worrying life expectancies aside, the pair don’t feel like they’ve got anything to prove.

‘At the end of the day, if we spend every minute trying to prove something to the people that doubt it, we’ll be doing that until the day we die,’ Tana pointed out, with Jake interjecting: ‘Yas queen, go off.’

Tana continued: ‘We’re just super happy about it and we don’t give a flying f*** about people that doubt it.’
