Jadon Sancho is ready to snub Chelsea and Real Madrid to join Manchester United at the end of the season, reports say.

The England star is attracting attention from a number of European clubs and Borussia Dortmund are already preparing for his departure ahead of the summer.

Sancho, 19, has developed into one of the brightest talents in Europe since joining Dortmund from Manchester City in 2017, scoring 29 goals in 84 appearances for the German club.

Manchester United have identified the forward as one of their top summer targets and, according to the Daily Mirror, Sancho wants to join the Red Devils.

Chelsea and Real Madrid have been strongly linked with moves for the teenager but it is claimed Sancho favours a move to Old Trafford.

Manchester United, who are currently eighth in the Premier League, are ready to make Sancho one of their top earners with a contract worth £200,000-a-week.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer wants to sign at least two forwards this summer and Sancho, who will be a key player for England at Euro 2020, is keen to play in the Premier League.

Chelsea may decide to cool their interest in the Dortmund man after agreeing a deal to sign Morocco international Hakim Ziyech from Ajax.

But the Blues may still look to beat Manchester United to Sancho, having not signed a single player in either of the last two transfer windows.

Frank Lampard was left disappointed as Chelsea failed to bolster his squad last month and is said to be hoping to sign at least four players in the summer.

Sancho has scored 12 goals and made 13 assists in 19 Bundesliga matches for Borussia Dortmund this season.

Discussing Manchester United’s summer transfer plans this week, Ed Woodward said: ‘The recruitment department is working to a clear plan and philosophy, along with Ole and his coaching staff.

‘Our focus is on bringing in a combination of experience and the best young players with potential to develop further, fusing graduates from our academy with high-quality acquisitions.’
