Jacqueline Jossa’s mum has thanked fans of I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! for supporting her daughter in the jungle, after emotional scenes on Thursday night’s show.
The campmates broke down in tears at receiving letters from home, with Dan Osborne writing to his wife Jacqueline: ‘I want to firstly say I’m so, so, so proud of you! My days just aren’t complete without you in them.
‘I miss my wife like mad, I can’t wait to see that pretty face. You also have two little best friends here waiting for you.
‘Mia kisses a picture of you and Ella is always asking when is Mummy coming back from the jungle. I’m giving them extra kisses for you every day. See you real soon babe.’
Jacqueline’s mum posted a video of her and the family driving through the jungle after filming, telling fans: ‘Thank you everyone for supporting our girl @jacjossa come on #junglejac’.
She added: ‘On our way back from family jungle camp. Thank you for all your votes come on #junglejac your [sic] doing amazing, sending family love’.
She had also shared photos of Jacqueline and Dan’s kids, Ella and Mia, stroking koalas as they made the most of their trip Down Under.
It was an understandably emotional night for the remaining campmates as they were all read letters from their loved ones, after almost three weeks with no contact with the outside world.
After her letter was read out, Jacqueline said in the Bush Telegraph: ‘That letter for me, them words, is what I needed.
‘It’s really hard being in a jungle away from your family, away from your kids. I’ve learnt a lot about myself on this journey.’
Along with Jacqueline, the other remaining contestants in this year’s show are Caitlyn Jenner, Nadine Coyle, Kate Garraway, Roman Kemp and Andy Whyment.
