Jacqueline Jossa is on diet as she 'wants to feel better about self'


Jacqueline Jossa is preparing to take the stage in the West End.

And ahead of her stint treading the boards in A Christmas Carol, the former EastEnders star, 28, has shared with her fans that she is following a healthy diet plan.

On Wednesday evening, the mother-of-two took to her Instagram stories to reveal that in a bid to “feel better” about herself she has turned to pre-made meals that she says will be easy for her to enjoy with her busy schedule.

As she sat in her kitchen with a tasty meal in front of her, she told: “Guys I have started my meal prep again after being constantly on the go and on the move I just need to sort it out, sort it out, sort it out. I was really enjoying it before.

“This meal company is called Lionprep it’s the best one I have ever used it is so gorgeous and tastes unbelievable.”

Revealing how the former I’m A Celeb winner hopes it will keep her fuelled as she prepares for her new acting role, she added: “It is really easy to take out and about when I am busy on the West End – terrifyingly- it is good to have something easy on the go.

“Super healthy, low carbs. I want to feel better about myself so Just thought I would keep you updated about that.”

Jac is set to be starring alongside Brian Conley and Matt Willis at the Dominion Theatre over the festive period.

“PINCH ME!!. MY WEST END DEBUT!!!” Jac began in her caption.

“I am so excited to be joining the WEST END cast of @LondonXmasCarol this Christmas!

“I will be playing Emily in this brand-new, musical staged concert of Dicken’s classic – A Christmas Carol, from 7th December this year!

Jac added: “With live music from the incredible @thelmto and a wonderful cast including @realbrianconley and @mattjwillis this is the 2020 event that will unite friends, families and loved ones with the magic of live entertainment, the perfect post-lockdown treat!
