YouTube star Saffron Barker joins footballer David James, comedian Chris Ramsay and EastEnders actress Emma Barton on the star-studded cast line-up for Strictly Come Dancing 2019.
However, the 19-year-old social media star already appears to be raking it in as she regularly flaunts her glamorous lifestyle and wealthy home life on her social media accounts.
According to reports, Saffron purchased a stunning home after it was revealed she had an estimated net worth of £1million on the back of her YouTube success.

The Brighton born beauty often gives fans a glimpse into her sophisticated home, which features a dream-like dressing room, an Instagram-perfect bathroom with the best lighting, and a stylish bedroom filled with decor from a lifestyle blogger’s fantasy.
Several snaps showcase her home’s plush interiors, swanky furniture and luxury items. Her constant selfies and OOTD posts on Instagram tease fans with an insight into her stylish life outside of YouTube.
Her lavish social media accounts also show the YouTube star jetsetting around the globe, visiting Los Angeles, Ibiza and Miami, where she socialises with other influencers and films content for her highly popular channel.
Saffron rakes in an average of 15million views a month on her YouTube channels and has over four million followers on her social media channels.
The vlogger has been announced as a cast member on the upcoming series of Strictly. She will be the first female social influencer contestant, after Joe Suggs starred in last year’s line-up as the first ever YouTube star.
Saffron hopes to follow in his footsteps and do well on the show after Joe made it to the final of the BBC dance show last year.
The 19-year-old social media sensation revealed her exciting Strictly news during a radio appearance on Heart FM on Thursday with JK, Kelly Brook and former contestant Ashley Roberts.
She told listeners: “I am really excited to go on the Strictly journey and am feeling very grateful for the opportunity! I’m looking forward to learning all of the dances, finding out who my partner is, getting to wear the costumes and to just experience this once in a lifetime opportunity.”
Saffron also went on to reveal that she is very much single ahead of her stint on Strictly, but plans to concentrate on the dancing aspect of the show. The star, who first shot to fame after appearing in girl band Born2Blush, has maintained her spotlight position through her highly requested Youtube videos and through her popular clothing line at Primark.
Saffron is also a Sunday Times bestseller after her book Saffron Barker Vs Real Life reached number one in 2017.
The remaining celebrity contestants joining the 2019 series of Strictly Come Dancing will be announced in due course. Rumoured celebs to be added to the line-up include Jodie Comer, Una Healy, Michelle Visage and Chris Evans.
