The Kardashians love to throw huge parties for one another on special occasions and so it comes as no surprise that Kourtney enjoyed a very lavish affair for her 40th bash.
The mother-of-three was gifted a very lifelike naked cake on her special day, which saw her edible body perching on the side of a bath and her modesty covered in soap suds.
The stars came out in force for the party which was held in at Kris’s house, with the inside adorned with fairy lights, including the rest of her famous family and Paris Hilton.

And the guests were treated to a performance by Blurred Lines hitmaker Robin Thicke on the night in question who sang Happy Birthday to Kourtney.
There was also music from a saxophonist, who played Isn’t She Lovely? by Stevie Wonder.
Kourtney looked incredible in social media snaps, wearing a vintage Versace black party dress which suited her perfectly.
Khloe shared a short clip of Kourtney arriving at the home, while holding hands with her daughter Penelope. Khloe was decked out in a silver ensemble which had a matching headwear.
There were lots of well thought out details on the night and guests received their own personalised bottles of $200 Don Julio 1942 tequila.
There was a computer set up in which people could type in what they wanted engraved onto their bottles and her mother Kris Jenner, 63, chose to have ‘Kris f***ing Jenner’ emblazoned on hers, of course.
Of course, Kourtney went to town on her own bottle, which had a picture of her face .
She had napkins which had ‘Kim, there are people who are dying’ printed on them in black letters in reference to the time she cried her eyes out over losing an earring on their reality show.
Others also had the words: ‘Most interesting to look at.’
