Watch out California, Jordyn Woods has a new girl squad and they are in formation at Coachella.
The 21-year-old arrived at the Palm Springs music festival on Friday armed with a new lease of life and, as it turns out, a new gang in her army.
It’s been a rough couple of months for Jordyn after her epic falling out with Kylie Jenner, which was prompted by her kissing Khloe Kardashian’s ex-boyfriend Tristan Thompson.
With Kylie sadly out of the picture, it’s understandable that Jordyn would find some new pals to hang out with.
She did just that at Coachella this weekend, where she has been living her absolute best life.
It’s almost as if all the controversy and drama didn’t happen just a few weeks ago.
There are two particular ladies who have put a smile on Jordyn’s face.
In an Instagram Story, the model is seen cosying up to two young women – Katelyn Byrd and Lexie Jayy – one of whom captioned the image: ‘My whole heart.’
They all seem pretty smitten with each other and it’s likely that Jordyn will be stepping out with Katelyn and Lexie again in the future, so it’s probably wise to find out just who the newbies are…
Who is Lexie Jayy?
Erm, a pretty big deal by the looks of things.
While Lexie has completely nailed the Coachella look like most other youngsters in the desert, she’s not just an ordinary festival-goer.
Lexie, who boasts 49,800 Instagram followers, is the co-founder of Girl Cult Festival and host of the brand’s own podcast.
Girl Cult is described as a ‘music festival and podcast celebrating intersectional feminism’.
Oh so millennial but pretty cool, right?
Well, Lexie has some strong ties to Coachella – she also seems to run Monty’s Good Burger, a plant-based food brand which delivers directly to Coachella via Postmates.
Basically, she’s got all your food cravings on tap.
Oh, and she’s pretty great at striking a fierce pose on the ‘gram.
Jordyn’s in great company.
Who is Katelyn Byrd?
Katelyn may already look a little familiar to some as she’s currently dating Alex Pall from The Chainsmokers.
The model has been in a relationship with Alex since March 2018 however, the early days of their romance were shrouded in controversy.
Just two months before they got together, Alex split from his ex-girlfriend Tori Woodward.
USC student Tori famously shared CCTV footage of Alex hugging a mystery blonde in her Instagram Stories, accusing him of cheating during their four-year relationship.
The identity of the mystery woman in the CCTV clips is still unknown.
His romance with Katelyn emerged shortly after and, judging by Instagram, it’s still going strong.
Whether they’re sharing lovey-dovey snaps or posing at red carpet events, Alex and Katelyn are pretty cute together on the ‘gram.
In February, Alex celebrated their one-year anniversary on Valentine’s Day by calling the model his ‘angel’. In turn, Katelyn said he was ‘all [she] needs.
Sounds like Jordyn’s got herself a pair of well-connected new besties.
