Jeffree Star has splashed out on a new $14 million (£10.6 million) mansion and it’s pretty epic.
The cash from the Shane Dawson Conspiracy palette is clearly going to good use.
His new pad, which he’s moving into with his boyfriend Nate Schwandt, boasts eight bedrooms, 13 bathrooms, two guest houses and a two-floor gym.
It also includes a ballroom, a master bedroom (complete with sauna), a spa room, cinema, and a wine cellar.
Is that all?
Tucked away in Hidden Hills, California, the beauty guru’s 25,000 square-foot home will replace Jeffree’s smaller $3.6 million (£2.7 million) mansion which he bought three years ago.
The 34-year-old, who’s faced his fair share of controversies, will be neighbouring the likes of Kylie and Kris Jenner, as well as The Weeknd and Drake.
Not too shabby all in all.
Chatting on his Instagram Stories about the purchase, the YouTube star explained: ‘For Christmas I was like, “B***h I’m ready to move.”
‘Me and Nathan, we’ve outgrown this house right here two years ago, b***h. I look like a hoarder, there’s been no room.’
He said that his current home is set to go on the market in the upcoming weeks – so if you’ve got a spare $4 million (£3 million) knocking about, get on it.
And Jeffree’s a big fan of the ‘treat yourself’ motto, recently enjoying his 34th birthday in Bora Bora after a party which saw him going all out.
Decorating his place with flowers and donuts of every colour under the sun, huge pink decorative marijuana leaves took pride of place.
Donning a mint green suit and posing away with his boyfriend Nate, the star looked to be having a blast as they shared a joint while their friends sang Happy Birthday.
And all of that is after Jeffree and Shane released their Conspiracy palette, which saw sites crash after fans flocked to pick theirs up.
However, it wasn’t without a spot of scandal, after Jeffree was forced to apologise when some fans found ‘hairs’ in their palettes.
