Inside gorgeous home Ant and Dec gifted to a family following their heartache

TV favourites Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly have made dreams come true on Saturday Night Takeaway.

On Saturday, it was the turn of Petra and Simon Williams to get the keys to a beautiful brand new home in front of a television audience of millions watching the ITV show.

On the Bellway Home’s Moorfields estate near Gosford Park, the pair were delivered a picture-perfect house.

Their beautiful home had its interiors decked out by Q Interiors with aid from Darcey’s Dreams “right-hand man” and Petra’s best friend Nikki Pinchen.

It boasted of three bedrooms – the master for the couple, a colourful dinosaur room for Bailey, two, as well as a twin room for sisters Emilia Page, five, and Layla-Grace, three.

Ant and Dec had already ensured the youngest son’s room was painted in bright colours and followed a dinosaur theme to ensure the little one settled into his new room.

The little girls’ twin bedroom was kitted out with pink beds with toys resting on their duvets.

Petra and Simon have also said they will keep a special place in their home for their late daughter Darcey.

“We’ve got so many things of Darcey’s that will come over here – her blankets, her teddies, the kids have their memory boxes and their ‘Darcey bunnies’, the sibling link teddies which remind them of her, which they love,” said Petra.

Simon revealed to the Newcastle Chronicle Live: “I don’t think it will sink in until we’ve got the kids running around in here, the dog settled in – then it will be ours.”

The lovebirds were all set to move in following a whirlwind weekend.

Petra said: “It’s just a dream come true. You never in your wildest dreams think you’re going to find yourself on Saturday Night Takeaway, being handed the keys to your own house.”

Bellway developers were set to award a home to a family in need of one as it turns out, Ant and Dec knew just the people.

Petra has set up a charity named Darcey’s Dream to support bereaved siblings following the heartbreaking death of daughter Darcey Leigh from Sudden Infant Death Syndrome in 2017.
