CELEBRITY MasterChef star Lady Leshurr has given fans an insight into her epic home.
The 31-year-old rapper – who goes by the real name of Melesha Katrina O’Garrow – regularly shares snaps of her humble abode with her 485k followers on Instagram.
When Lady Leshurr isn’t cooking up a storm in the kitchen on the popular BBC One cooking show, she had the nicest home to sit back and relax in.
Earlier this month she realised her latest track Quaranting which was all filmed from the comfort of her own pad.
Her kitchen area is a huge open space that boasts a modern kitchen with wooden cupboard, shiny cream work tops and white walls.
It looks out onto her living space which features a comfy grey sofa, TV and football table.
The Brummie lass can also enjoy some gorgeous views from the comfort of her sofa.
Lady Leshurr is clearly a fan of trainers as she keeps her collection lined up against her wall in the hall way – which is big enough for her to zoom around in on her Segway.
The large space is also perfect to host her own parties as it has state of the art speakers, an Apple Mac to provide the music and flashing lights to add to the party vibes.
The star can also practice her vocals in very own recording studio in one of her other rooms.
Lady Leshurr has had an incredible career and is most famous for her Queen’s Speech raps.
In 2016, she won the MOBO Award, celebrating excellence in black music, for Best Female Act.
Then in 2019, she won the award for Best Rap/Grime Act at the Birmingham Music Awards.
Born to parents from the Caribbean isle of Saint Kitts, she first starting writing lyrics from the age of six.
She then released her first mixtape at age fourteen.
Speaking in 2011 to The Independent she said: “I grew up around music.
“My mum used to play a lot of reggae like Sister Nancy and Bob Marley around the house so basically, when I was around six, I was messing about and doing my own little raps and songs.
“My family are all rappers and singers anyway so I was always involved in it from a young age.”
But at the moment she’s taken a quick break from creating music and is in the current series of Celebrity MasterChef.
The artist has joined the likes of Apprentice contestant Thomas Skinner, Jeff Brazier and TV presenter Gethin Jones.
But it seems that Lady Leshurr is much more comfortable in the recording studio than she is in the kitchen.
Speaking about being on the show she told her Instagram followers: “Guess Who Winged It & Managed To Get On Celebrity @MasterChefUK? Gonna Be Bants Cus I Cant Cook To Save My Life [sic].”
