Inside Beyoncé's luxe home where she prepared for Coachella Homecoming

Beyoncé has shared a glimpse into her life that most of her fans can only dream of in her Netflix film Homecoming .

After giving birth to her twins Rumi and Sir via c-section , the iconic singer then tasked herself with one of the most challenging periods of her life.

She holed herself up at home to plan her big Coachella comeback, of which was filmed for the documentary.

In the film she admitted to putting herself on a gruelling restrictive diet to get into the best shape she could ahead of the history-making event.

Homecoming also allows viewers an insight into home life where she would return after a hard day’s work to care for her twins and daughter Blue alongside husband Jay Z.

In one clip we see what appears to be a separate gym for Bey to get a work out in.

Switching from the battle ropes to squats in the sun, the Formation hitmaker was determined to be at peak physical fitness.

Combining workouts and dance rehearsals with her favourite SoulCycle classes Bey said it proved a challenge to dedicate herself to working out when she wanted to be at home with her children.

The mum-of-three said in the film that she was 218 pounds (15st 5lbs) the day she gave birth to her twins: “I had to rebuild my body from cut muscles. What people don’t see is the sacrifice,” she says.

Bey spent time in a dance studio which could very well have been attached to their home

Speaking later in the documentary she added: “It’s not like before when I could rehearse 15 hours straight,” she adds later.

“I have children, I have a husband, I have to take care of my body.”

Footage also shows Bey eating an apple as she explained her extreme diet plans which has shocked film viewers alike.

“In order for me to meet my goals, I’m limiting myself to no bread, no carbs, no sugar, no dairy, no meat, no fish, no alcohol – and I’m hungry.”

She also heads to a dance studio, which is most likely attached to her home, for her first ever rehearsal for Coachella.

The Formation hitmaker made an incredible return to the stage

Bey and Jay have been notoriously secretive about the homes they own, and it’s only been a handful of times that fans have seen inside any kind of property they live in.

Back in 2013 when the icon released HBO film Life is But a Dream not long after the birth of daughter Blue Ivy, she was seen sitting comfortably inside a huge home.

The couple are thought to own several properties across New York, Miami, New Orleans, The Hamptons and Los Angeles.
