A$AP Rocky is said to have recently found himself detained in a Swedish prison after his alleged arrest for a street fight.
And while he was reportedly being kept in ‘inhumane’ conditions, pictures have been released of the jail in Stockholm, giving us an inside look as to where the 30-year-old is believed to be staying.
In one snap, a cross trainer can be seen fitted in a whitewashed room, next to what appears to be a treadmill for the prisoners to exercise on.
While another picture shows a number of people sat on mats seemingly practising yoga.
And after working out in the small gym, it looks as though A$AP Rocky, whose real name is Rakim Mayers, can retreat to his cell that has not only washing facilities, but a flat screen TV at the foot of the bed.
Yes, one snap shows a look at the rooms where people are detained, and there’s a rather large desk and even a bookshelf fitted in them.
There also appears to be a communal area, with yet another television and an array of board games to pass the time.
The corridors look pretty clinical and sterile as they’re painted in white with a grey spec, lino flooring – which matches the cell doors.
And it seems there’s even officers with sniffer dogs patrolling the building, making sure everything is kept in check.
Just this week, it was reported by TMZ that the Fashion Killa hitmaker was sleeping on a yoga mat with no blankets and poor food.
The publication also claimed that the water isn’t clean and that A$AP ate only an apple for the first five days in jail.
Insiders say A$AP and his team are now trying to get the US State Department involved to get him released, after the facility was described as ‘disease ridden.’
A$AP Rocky was reportedly arrested in Stockholm after his security team allegedly got into a fight with a man over a pair of headphones.
The star posted footage of the reported incident onto his Instagram account, which shows him trying to diffuse the situation.
While a man complains about a pair of broken headphones, the rapper’s security guard can be heard telling him: ‘Go that way before I slap the dog s**t out of you right now.’
However, the incident escalates when the man starts swinging at the security guard and smashes what appears to be a pair of headphones over him.
Later on, A$AP tells the man: ‘We don’t want to fight y’all, we not trying to go to jail.’
When he asks for his headphones, A$AP says: ‘I understand but you hit him with it,’ and tells them to ‘chill’.
