Indian PUBG MOBILE Team Megastars Announce Exclusive Streaming Partnership with Nimo TV

Indian PUBG MOBILE organization Megastars has signed a partnership deal with streaming platform, Nimo TV. The deal gives Nimo TV exclusive streaming rights for the Megastars players. The platform has also announced similar deals in the past with other Indian organizations such as UMumba and Powerhouse.

Nimo TV is owned by Chinese streaming platform Huya and has presence in Southeast Asia, South Asia and South America. Since its launch in May 2020, the company has tried to bring content creators and pro players onto the platform. Nimo TV has also held PUBG MOBILE tournaments in a bid to attract the core esports audience. This includes the recently concluded Nimo TV PUBG MOBILE League.

Megastars are one of rising prospects in the Indian PUBG MOBILE ecosystem. The team recently qualified for the World League and will participate at the highest level of competition later this month. They also field rosters in Call of Duty: Mobile and Clash Royale

The war between streaming platforms in India is one that is very much in play at the moment. Recent announcements also include a content partnership between Loco and Fnatic.
