The 1.5 acre island, known as Little Harvest Caye, is currently available on privateislands.com.
It’s a relatively new property, which was only completed in January 2016.
Little Harvest Caye is situated just off the coast of Belize, and a short five minute boat ride from the area of Placencia – a stunning tourist spot in the country.
And while it might feel like you’re isolated, the exclusive property is fitted with wifi, air conditioning and cable TV in all the rooms so you can stay on top of your favourite shows – if you’re not relaxing on the private beach.

Up to ten guests can stay at the mega-property, which is composed of five luxurious private suites.
Each of the suites, featuring spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, are perfectly positioned to take advantage of the views.
There’s also a central area with an outdoor lounge and swimming pool that’s set up for water polo.
