I’m a Celebrity Get Me Out of Here! star Tinchy Stryder has lifted the lid on an interesting restriction put on celebrities entering the jungle by show bosses.
The 33-year-old, who appeared on I’m A Celeb in 2014, claimed producers will only let campmates take “three pairs of underwear” into the jungle with them.
The Number 1 rapper said: “There are so many things that people outside looking in don’t know, like when the all the celebs are going in there, you’re only allowed to take in three pairs of underwear.”
“There is so much people don’t know,” he added.
Tinchy also said he found the worst two things about being in the jungle were “hunger and boredom”.
He explained: “If you don’t get picked to do a trial, you’re sitting in the jungle for 24 hours so it’s not easy. It was hard. But I enjoyed it.”
However, he did admit “it’s harder than it looks”.
Tinchy revealed that the worst thing he had to consume was a fermented duck egg milkshake in one of the Bushtucker trials.
Despite finding the concoction repulsive, Tinchy revealed he tried to portray that the rank-tasting shake didn’t phase him, as he was aware that the celebrities who seem most freaked out by trials always get voted to do them.
He divulged: “I tried to stay strong. My campmates were looking at me like. ‘Woah how is he getting that down so easy?’, but when the public are watching, the person who looks like they can’t hack it, is going to keep on getting voted to do the trials.”
Sharing his thoughts on the 2019 I’m a Celeb campmates, Tinchy said he hoped Jacqueline Jossa would go all the way as she seems to be “real” and he also hopes Roman Kemp will go far, as he’s met Martin Kemp before on a TV show and “really liked him”.
