She shared the snap with her 1.6m followers on Instagram.

Emily wrote a cheeky caption, saying: “On my walk this morning, feeling so incredibly moved and grateful for early morning fit surfers at the beach.”

They adored the picture as it racked up over 90k likes.

Emily also shared a snap days ago while she was on her flight to Australia to present I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here NOW! next week.

She looked sizzling as she sipped an alcoholic beverage on the luxury flight.
