James Haskell has been rubbing viewers and his fellow I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here campmates up the wrong way of late – and the latest Dingo Dollar question caused yet more friction.

After Jacqueline Jossa and Roman Kemp won the Dingo Dollars and choose ice lollies as the treat for the camp, their fellow campmates had to answer a question to see if they would get the snack or not.

Kiosk Kev asked the others what percentage of adults think a ‘stiff upper lip’ is a good thing, with the options being either 37 per cent or 57 per cent.

As the campmates began to discuss which answer it was more likely to be, James decided to take charge and initiate a vote without giving the others as much time as they wanted to deliberate.

Kate Garraway told him: ‘James, we’ve got nothing else to do, it’s ok.’

James then replied: ‘Well, you just keep asking the same question, put your hand up for 37 per cent. See, you’re outnumbered, go with A’.

Andy Whyment then said he would rather forgo the extra treats than have to go through the sheer agg the camp are put through every time the Dingo Dollar Challenge happens.

James replied: ‘I don’t get it, what stress? I don’t understand what the stress is, it’s simple A, stick your hand up in the air or B stick your hand up in the air, majority wins, I don’t get it.’

Kate then replied: ‘There isn’t a problem but maybe it’s something to have a think about if that’s ok?’

James then retorted: ‘But Kate, there’s nothing to think about.’

James then later said he was ‘too intelligent’ to spend more than a couple of seconds thinking about the questions they get posed by Kiosk Kev.

He told Andrew Maxwell: ‘It irritates the p*** out of me because it’s that simple. Explain the question, answer the question A or B, it’s a circus of stupidity.

‘I can’t do it, I’m too intelligent and too switched on, just put your hands right up, let someone count them, right, the majority win, shut up and let’s move on.

‘I’m not going to kill my brain cells doing that. It’s like someone is sticking a screwdriver in my eye.’

Andrew then joked that James was a ‘maniac’ for his lack of patience, trying in vain to explain that people liked to have a chance to debate and discuss the answer.

Well, it looks like this is one battle that can’t be won anytime soon…
