I’m A Celebrity’s Ant and Dec gear up for new series with jungle photoshoot

Ant and Dec have joined forces for a new jungle-themed photoshoot ahead of launch for I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here 2019. 

The new series of I’m A Celebrity will start on Sunday, November 17 at 9pm on ITV, and Ant McPartlin will rejoin Declan Donnelly after taking a step back from presenting last year.

McPartlin was replaced by Holly Willoughby while he had a career break following a drink driving conviction and a stint in rehab.

Celebrities who will be heading into the jungle include Jacqueline Jossa, Caitlyn Jenner and Ian Wright. 

The hosts of spin-off show Extra Camp – Emily Atack, Joel Dommett and Adam Thomas – have also posed for brand new promotional shots.

Atack was a runner up in last year’s series and is now returning to the jungle to present the ITV2 show alongside Dommett and Thomas, who appeared on the reality contest in 2016.

Earlier this month, the 29-year-old actress shared a photo of herself posing in a luxury plane seat ahead of the long haul flight and admitted she was feeling emotional about heading Down Under.

“Off I go!” she wrote. “Back to where it all began. I’m quite emoshe. See you soon boys @joeldommett @adamthomas21 !!!” [sic] 

She was confirmed as a new host of Extra Camp last month and said she felt “thrilled” to return to “a place that means so much to me.”

“I’m thrilled that I get to make more amazing memories in a place that means so much to me,” she said.

“I’ve loved working with Joel on [ITV dating show] Singletown, we’re like brother and sister, and Adam has got such amazing energy.

“The three of us are going to have the best time ever!”

Dommett, who has hosted on Extra Camp since 2017, added: “So excited to be heading back to the jungle this year – this time with a new bunch of amigos.

“I can’t wait to show Emily around and keep reminding Adam that I beat him in 2016.”

This year’s series of I’m A Celebrity will begin on Sunday, 17 November.
