He made his way up to join Ant and Dec for a round-up of his time on the show and revealed to the hosts he contemplated leaving before his elimination.
As the pair quizzed Myles on cooking skills, he explained where he got his love of food from.
“That was my comfort zone, just because it’s something I do everyday at home if the days were long if people were feeling a bit under the weather, cooking brings them up.
“The first day I did, naturally I’m quite a shy person as the first day I was feeling the pressure and I didn’t want to kill Ian Wright on TV, after that you get into the flow of it…I loved every second of it.
“My nan’s not very well at the moment so it was kind of one of those things, I was debating on doing the show before coming out,” he confessed.
