I’m A Celeb Extra Camp has returned following the launch of the first episode of the show tonight.
With Emily Atack and Joel Dommett hosting, they welcomed the first guests to the sofa.
Introducing John Barrowman, fans instantly rushed to Twitter to share their concerns for the Doctor Who star.
The 52-year-old looked almost unrecognisable as he sported grey hair on the ITV2 spin-off show.

Many fans commented that they thought John looked “ill” or had “aged quickly”.
One wrote: “Why does John Barrowman look like he’s aged about 20 years since he was in the jungle.”
Another said: “Not trying to be rude but is John Barrowman okay? He looks completely different, didn’t recognise him at first.”
A third tweeted: “Has John Barrowman been poorly?”

However, others were loving John’s natural look and praised him for embracing his grey hair.
One said: “John Barrowman looks so good silver! Bless him my mum’s on the same journey.”

John starred in last year’s I’m A Celeb and came third behind Emily Atack and winner Harry Redknapp.
The British-American actor is best known in the UK for playing Captain Jack Harkness in Doctor Who.
