THERE’S nothing like heading to a Christmas wonderland with the kids.
Many garden centres now have magical trails which are filled with tree decorations, lights and much more.
And one in particular is Pugh’s Garden which is located in Cardiff.
Mum of two Chelsea Pae recently went there and fell in love with the experience.
In the caption, Chelsea wrote: “This evening we visited @pughsgardenvillage Christmas
“Shop which opened its doors this week, a yearly tradition we have kept up since Eden was a baby!
“This year is bigger and better— made even more magical with the arrival of Pugh Bear.
“All proceeds from Pugh Bear & Book go to @maggiescardiff – a charity who provides free cancer support and information to people across the UK.
“Christmas can never come too early, so this is your sign to visit the festive Pugh’s Garden Village.”
Then in the video, she filmed her entire experience whilst narrating over it.
She says: “Pugh’s Garden has finally opened the stores for Christmas 2023 and believe me when I say this is the best one yet.
“If you are local to South Wales you will know Pugh’s always have the best festive displays.
“This year they have this gorgeous traditional toy shop which I gotta say is my favourite.
“I just love the greens and reds, you can’t beat it.
“Moving on to the deck, the halls area.
“As you can imagine this was Eden’s favourite.
“It was full of pink glitter, sequence feathers, you name it they had it.
“She could have bought the whole section if she could.
“Pugh’s really have gone bigger and better this year with the displays and everything just looks so perfect, there’s just so much choice and as you can tell, I was in my element.
“But this year is even more magical as Pugh’s Garden has introduced a Pugh bear.
“I just had to pick up one of these teddies for the kids to always remind them of our yearly tradition of visiting Pugh’s Garden every single Christmas.
“They even have matching illustrated books.
“But even better, all proceeds from the book can go to Maggie’s which is a cancer charity that provides free cancer support and information to people across the UK.
“They’ve even got a famous door display and a whole selection of gingerbread houses.
“I love traditional decorations.”
Chelsea explained how she picked up lots of festive ornaments as it’s “never too early to shop for Christmas.”
The video has attracted lots of attention with many Christmas fans rushing to the comments section.
One wrote: “What we’re the prices like.”
Chelsea replied with: “The decorations ranged from as little as £2.99 to more high end prices on their larger items.”
Some of them simply commented “wow” and “love Pughs.”
Another person asked: “I’m in Swansea, is it worth the trip?xx”
Chelsea replied: “It’s definitely worth the trip if you love Christmas.
“It’s not only the garden Centre there, there’s a gorgeous cafe, many shops & an aquarium.”
