A 20-year-old Hudson man is accused of molesting an 11-year-old girl while the two played video games last month, according to the Pasco County Sheriff’s Office.
According to deputies, Michael Psofimis was sitting on a couch with the girl on the evening of Sept. 11. He began to stretch out and moved his feet under her legs, then began rubbing her vagina with his toe, deputies said.
According to an arrest report, Psofimis told deputies he had a fetish.
Psofimis was arrested Friday and faces a charge of lewd and lascivious molestation of a victim under 12. In Florida, lewd and lascivious molestation of a victim under 12 is considered a life felony.
Psofimis is being held in Pasco County Jail in lieu of $10,000 bail.
