The recipe comes from Delish.

Makes 24.

Prep time: 5 minutes.

Total time: 45 minutes

Ingredients

225g butter

200g marshmallows

250g Rice Krispies

Salt

Method

Melt the butter in a large saucepan over a low heat. Add the marshmallows and the salt and stir until the whole mixture has completely melted.

Delish recommends keeping the pan on the heat until the marshmallows have turned slightly golden, which is roughly another five minutes.

Take the pan off the heat and then stir in the cereal.

Press the mixture into a buttered baking pan 23cm x 33cm. But remember not to press the mixture too much otherwise it will dry out.

Leave it cool, slice it and then serve it.
