If diets work, then why do many of us have to keep coming back and starting one, a different one, again and again? Why do many of us, despite managing to do difficult things all the time, feel powerless when it comes to making moderate, healthy, food choices? So much so, that some choices can send us spiralling into negative self-talk and sabotaging binges.

In this motivating workshop led by Shahroo Izadi, behavioural change scientist and bestselling author of The Last Diet, you will gain the self-empowerment needed to initiate self-directed change, even if you’ve historically been resistant to it.

This practical workshop will teach you how to manage your weight for the rest of your life. What’s more, you’ll learn this without being told what to eat. It’s a lesson that Shahroo’s learnt both professionally and personally – she lost 55kg by transforming her old eating habits. Through a series of interactive exercises, you’ll create a personal toolkit that builds your self-awareness, self-compassion, and the ability to overcome negative self-talk, low motivation, and setbacks along the way. You will leave with a deep understanding of what’s holding you back from creating—and sustaining—the changes you’ve wanted to make. While the focus is on weight loss, you will also leave with a sustainable method to change any unwanted habit.

Shahroo Izadi is a behavioural change specialist in private practice, a renowned speaker, coach, and bestselling author. Hailed by Women’s Health Magazine as Britain’s answer to Brené Brown, her approach is informed by her extensive experience working in clinical, community, and prison settings within the addiction treatment field.

If you’re fed up with yo-yo dieting, quick-fixes, and miracle cures, this workshop is for you. If you want to achieve your weight goals and still love food. If you want to do this while nurturing your own well-being, let this be the last time you ever start from scratch again.

“Shahroo’s masterclass last week was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING… I would do it again in a heartbeat. I got so many tools from it! Shahroo’s warmth held everyone there and her lightness with a tricky subject made it feel very accessible.”
