Juve have already made six signings – notably bringing in Aaron Ramsey, Adrien Rabiot and Matthijs de Ligt.

Gianluigi Buffon has re-joined the club on a one-year deal, with defenders Luca Pellegrini and Merih Demiral also linking up with the Bianconeri.

But Sarri is looking for more reinforcements, and has been linked with a move for Manchester United striker Romelu Lukaku.

It has been claimed that Juve are willing to offer the Red Devils Paulo Dybala in exchange for the Belgian international.

The Italian outfit are also believed to be chasing Tottenham contract rebel Christian Eriksen, who has just a year to run on his Spurs deal.

Despite Buffon’s arrival back at the club, former Arsenal ace Wojciech Szczesny is expected to retain the No1 jersey.

Joao Cancelo and Alex Sandro will likely occupy the full-back positions, with ex-Ajax star Matthijs de Ligt and Leonardo Bonnuci to be Juve’s starting centre-backs.

Ramsey – who will be reunited with Szczesny in Turin – should slot in at central midfield alongside Miralen Pjanic, though Rabiot will be vying to keep one of the duo out the side.

Should Eriksen join, he will likely play in just behind the front three in the No10 role.

If Lukaku joins he would surely lead the line for the club, with Cristiano Ronaldo moved to the left wing and Federico Bernardeschi as the right wide man.

However, if the 1996 Champions League winners fail to nab Lukaku, either Paulo Dybala or Gonzalo Higuain could take up the final spot in the starting XI.
