Hollyoaks real-life love affairs and on-set relationships REVEALED

The set of a soap opera has proved to be a happy hunting ground for cast members that hope to find love, with Hollyoaks being particularly blessed by Cupid.

While characters get together on screen and enjoy relationships, whether loving or particularly rocky, their is more luck off-screen for the couples that meet at Hollyoaks.

Here are the real-life love affairs and on-set relationships at the Cheshire based soap.

Stephanie Davis and Owen Warner

After a few unstable relationships, most notably with Celebrity Big Brother’s Jeremy McConnell, with whom she had her son Caben, Stephanie finally found love and her man was on set with her.

Stephanie confirmed her relationship with Owen Warner near the end of 2018 and it has got pretty serious, pretty quickly.

Among much engagement speculation, Stephanie flashed a promise ring, while they were on holiday in Barcelona.

Anna Passey and Nick Rhys

One of the more impressive relationships to come out of Hollyoaks is that of Anna Passey and Nick Rhys.

Anna, who still plays Sienna Blake in the soap, while Nick has left it behind to forge a career in Los Angeles.

Despite the distance, the couple has wracked up five years together and are still going strong.

Amanda Clapham and Alfie Browne-Sykes

Another couple to replicate their on screen relationship behind the camera as well. Amanda and Alfie met on set and have confirmed they are committed to each other.

No, not the sound of tiny feet but the sounds of tiny paws as they have got a pet dog together.

Daisy Wood-Davis and Luke Jerdy

Daisy and Luke had actually been mixing in the same circles with mutual friends for years before they hit it off on the set of Hollyoaks.

Their relationship has blossomed to the point that the sound of wedding bells could be a distinct possibility.

Nick Pickard and Joanna Taylor

One of the briefer romances between co-stars was that of Tony Hutchinson actor Nick and Joanna Taylor, who played Geri Hudson.

They started dating in 2001 but it was all over not long afterwards with Joanna meeting former footballer and Match of the Day pundit Danny Murphy, marrying him in 2004.

Joanna and Danny announced their separation in January after 15 years of marriage.
