Hollyoaks returned to our screens tonight with the first teaser of Juliet Quinn’s secret lesbian relationship with Peri Lomax.
Juliet and boyfriend Sid Sumner walked in on semi-naked Peri and Jordan on the sofa during Thursday’s first look episode on E4.
Sid was horrified to find his drug dealer cousin in just his pants and covered Juliet’s eyes as they walked through the front door.
As Sid forced Jordan to go and put some clothes on, Juliet was left alone with Peri, who asked the confused youngster to do up her bra.
As Juliet fixed Peri’s garment, she began playing with her hair and started lovingly staring at her pal.
The Channel 4 soap has already revealed Peri and Juliet will lock lips in the fast forward episode aired in December last year.
Fans were excited tonight as Hollyoaks give the first glimpse of the blossoming romance between the youngsters.
Taking to Twitter, one fan penned: “OMG Juliet playing with Peri’s hair.”
Another added: “Thank you Hollyoaks for blessing us with that Juliet and Peri scene. You are the best.”
A third gushed: “Juliet likes Peri.”
A fourth said: “Finally Juliet and Peri scene.”
A fifth posted: “I love Peri and Juliet.”
In the New Year’s Eve flashback episode, which gave fans glimpse of what happens to the Hollyoaks gang on December 31 2020, Juliet declares her love for Peri and the girls embrace and kiss.
Fans know that Juliet’s storyline will explore her sexuality across the next year and show a relationship with Peri who, until earlier this year, was involved with Harley Frater (Mollie Lambert), a girl she met on the streets.

Peri has been dating Hollyoaks bad boy Jordan recently, who is currently grooming Juliet and Sid to sell drugs in schools across Chester.
Fans will have to tune in and see what’s next for Juliet and Peri.
