Holly Willoughby: This Morning host in move with Top Gear star without Phillip Schofield

This Morning presenter Holly Willoughby, 39, is reportedly in talks to front an Olympics-themed show called The Real 2020. According to The Sun, Top Gear favourite Freddie Flintoff, 42, is also signing up to join her on the new ITV show.

The programme will see teams being trained to compete in certain sports, such as synchronised swimming.

Freddie currently fronts Top Gear alongside his co-stars Paddy McGuinness and Chris Harris.

A source told the publication: “Freddie’s a fantastic presenter and bosses thought he would be the perfect fit working with Holly.

“They know each other anyway and on-screen they really bounce off one another. Freddie’s cheeky personality is the perfect match for Holly and bosses think they are going to prove a ratings hit.”

Holly took to Instagram and appeared to confirm that her self-titled show, Take Off with Bradley & Holly, alongside The Chase host Bradley Walsh, 59, will be making a return to BBC One.

In view of her 6.2 million followers, Holly wrote: “Hey guys, @bradderswalsh and I are back later this year with a brand new series of “Take Off with Bradley and Holly”.

“If you would like to be in with a chance of taking part on the show and competing to win an amazing holiday for you, your friends or your family then get in touch by emailing take-off@hungrybear.tv. Good luck! X”(sic)

In the festive show which aired last year, audience members competed to win a trip to Lapland.

According to the MailOnline, the one-off special pulled in 2.76 million viewers.

It comes not long after her co-star Phillip Schofield, 57, also hinted he would be taking on a new project without his long-term colleague Holly.

The ITV regular has shared various pictures with Good Morning Britain star Alex Beresford, 39, and Lucy Verasamy, 39, on his Instagram story in view of his 2.6 million followers last month.

The host is filming for a new version of his show How To Spend It Well show on ITV.
