Holly Willoughby Instagram: This Morning star says she 'forgot knickers' amid announcement

It appears Holly Willoughby is going to be keeping busy despite taking a break from This Morning for the summer holiday. The presenter, 38, unveiled some good news for fans of her fashion sense today as she posed for a chic photo in view of her 5.7 million Instagram followers. Dressed in a khaki green jumpsuit, she smiled serenely for the camera, a leather bag slung over her shoulder. The ITV favourite accentuated her natural beauty with a dewy makeup look for the pic, adding lashings of mascara and a slick of rosy pink lipstick.

In the caption, Holly revealed her latest collection with Marks and Spencer was hitting the shelves tomorrow.

“My latest M&S edit launches tomorrow but M&S are giving you the chance to purchase one of my favourite pieces from the edit a day early…” she informed fans.

“To shop, head over to the @marksandspencer Instagram page,” she added.

Holly Willoughby said farewell to This Morning last Friday as she and Phillip Schofield, 57, prepared to depart the show temporarily in order to spend the school holiday with their families.

She has been hard at work preparing for the launch of her newest range with Marks and Spencer, however, with a 15-piece edit boasting a utility feel with a feminine twist.

Speaking to the retailer about her summer packing secrets, the presenter made a cheeky underwear admission.

Saying she always leaves packing for holidays to the last minute, she added: “The kids’ stuff will be packed beautifully, then I suddenly realise I need to pack for myself and put my entire summer wardrobe in my bag.”

Asked if there’s any items she always forgets, she said: “Not often, but I went to New York recently and forgot underwear.

“The first thing I had to do was go and buy knickers,” she quipped.

Holly Willoughby ventured to New York with her husband Dan Baldwin and their three children, Harry, 10, Belle, eight, and Chester, four, earlier this year.

The family took in the sights and even saw a production of Broadway musical Frozen, meeting the stars of the show backstage afterwards.

Holly and TV producer Dan first met back in 2004 when she was working on children’s show Ministry of Mayhem.

After a spell as friends, they struck up a romance.

“At first, I didn’t fancy Dan at all – I didn’t even think about it,” she said in a previous interview with Woman & Home.

“I don’t think he could have fancied me either because it was such a genuine friendship.”

Their relationship soon grew, however, and the pair tied the knot in 2007.
