Her trip comes after she presented This Morning last week with Phillip Schofield and interviewed a ‘mermaid whisperer’.

Naughty Phil could hear Holly laughing and kept opening his eyes during Karen’s meditation lesson.

And cheeky Holly interrupted Karen, asking her: “Can you speak to them now? How are they in lockdown is there anything they’d like to say?”

Karen replied: “I’m trying to hear them but it’s not easy, I can’t speak to them right this minute because we’ve got the (noise of the) sea and the ocean in the background.

Speaking about the mermaids in lockdown, Karen added: “They’re happy because there has been less activity on the oceans. There has been sea life coming back to life like sea horses, and coral reef.

“The mermaids are guardians of the oceans so they’re super happy about this.”
