This was the case for these holidaymakers, who found themselves in a “nasty” situation.
In a gory Instagram post, a holidaymaker’s leg injury was revealed.
The pained passenger reclined in his seats in a pair of shorts.
His bottoms exposed his left leg, where a seeping wound was visible.
Revoltingly, yellow pus appeared to be seeping out of the cut.
This bodily fluid dripped down his legs and onto the floor, leaving a trail by his seat.
A fellow traveller was so surprised by what they witnessed that they decided to take a picture as evidence.
The grisly snap was later posted onto the Passenger Shaming Instagram page, where it racked up 14,000 likes.
Frequent flyers admitted the image made their stomachs churn.
One commenter remarked: “Omg this is disgusting.”
Another responded: “That is why you ALWAYS bring wipes.”
A third wrote: “Could you imagine the smell.”
Meanwhile, another described the situation as “all kinds of f***** up”.
