Hitmarker adds New Level Recruiting as its official search partner, and becomes the recruitment firm’s official advertising partner for all non-executive openings on a global scale.

Richard Huggan, Managing Director of Hitmarker, spoke on the partnership in a release: “As soon as Nathan Clauss united with Brian Tran and Erik Schmidt to form New Level, we identified them as our number one target to partner with on executive search. We think these guys are the best in the business when it comes to placing top gaming and esports talent in North America, and we can’t wait to see them prove it to the companies and candidates we send their way.”

Hitmarker recently expanded its offering to include the wider video games industry, after solely serving the esports industry since its launch, and is looking to enrich its services with the addition of executive and leadership positions.

Nathan Clauss, Managing Partner at New Level Recruiting, also commented: “Hitmarker has pioneered a solution for gaming and esports companies that are trying to grow their teams. Many of the former companies that my team and I worked for or supported already use the platform for a variety of their talent acquisition needs. I’m thrilled to join forces with Hitmarker so our two companies can provide support for any hiring need in the gaming, esports, and technology space.”

Esports Insider says: Hitmarker has done a stellar job is delivering more and more opportunities in the past few months, and this partnership is yet another example of that. It’s typically hard to find high-level roles in esports so this alliance seems like a really positive venture for both parties.
