The Countryfile presenter shared her concerns about the snow and ice in the region after she got back to the house she shares with her husband Richie Myler and their children Ernie and Louis.
Helen had been filming Steph’s Packed Lunch today, as she filled in for the Channel 4 show’s regular host Steph McGovern, who has been self-isolating this week.

Later on this evening, Helen revealed her experience fronting Steph’s daytime show had been bittersweet.
The star explained she hasn’t been able to catch up with the former BBC Breakfast presenter for a long time due to the coronavirus pandemic.
Helen posted a photo of herself standing in the studio wearing a stunning white dress, which she paired with a brown leather belt that nipped her in at the waist.
She completed her outfit with a slick of berry toned lipstick and brown leather boots.
