The former Blue Peter star who has two sons with her husband Richie Myler, 29, then shared a photo of herself with her boys sliding down their rubber slide in her garden.
She wrote: “Regretting using the fairy liquid. Pots will be washed in my good shampoo for the foreseeable.
“I cry at re-runs family fortunes when the families say why they are selecting their charities. I am THAT soft, but I post positive because we live nowhere near family and they lap up these positive vibes by osmosis.”
Helen concluded to tell her followers: “Funny how we don’t realise how much of social media we are taking in from occasional glances!”
