COMEDIAN Heather McDonald had some heated words for her old E! boss Chelsea Handler – who she slammed for her Kardashian relationship that’s “not completely authentic.”
On the latest episode of her Juicy Scoop podcast, the host, 49, was joined by former Chelsea Lately co-star Ross Matthews, 40, and the two dished about the “change” they’ve seen from their ex leader – primarily when it comes to the Kardashian family.

The Hello Ross star recalled when the nighttime talkshow that featured Chelsea and a roundtable of comedians first aired on E! in 2007 – only a few weeks before Keeping Up with the Kardashians was set to premiere on the same network – and was known for its harsh criticism of the famous reality TV family.
“The Chelsea Lately show was mocking [the Kardashians] a ton. Now you know from us being together on Chelsea Lately, I didn’t really do that, not that I’m better or anything. But I was never really like mean,” he said of his earlier time on the show.
Heather – who both wrote and starred on the series – said of her former workplace: “Every time I was on, [the Kardashians] would be a topic at least once a week and often times I was on the show and I had to talk about whatever we were making fun of.
“I knew that if they saw this episode there was no way they were going to be mad at me. They had a good sense of humor but I could always make fun of them without being cruel.”

She went on to mock the blonde comic’s recent Instagram post where she slow-motioned jogged in Kim Kardashian’s new shape wear line: “So maybe the world is better. It’s like ‘oh really now you’re wearing the Skims and running on the beach and tagging her?”
“It’s a very mutual Instagram loving relationship, which seems not completely authentic but to each his own, make a lot of money, get those followers – go for it.” Heather hastily pointed out.
As Ross began to laugh at the obvious shade, the actress exclaimed: “Do you think I really f*****g care anymore? Nobody else is going to say anything. But that’s okay. People change but I wish some people would be like ‘hmm that’s interesting.”
“People do change and I think people have changed,” the Celebrity Big Brother 2nd place finisher agreed with his friend.
The former-friendly pals have had ongoing beef that stemmed from an interview Heather did on the Allegedly podcast in 2016 where she revealed she “100 percent lived in fear” while she worked on the show.

“Somehow, I managed to keep surviving. I think she’s a good person, I don’t agree with how she treats relationships in her life, she makes you feel so special, until you’re not,” she controversially admitted at the time.
Her latest choice words are drastically different than what was said about her sometimes pal earlier this month when Heather described a special reconciliation between the duo at the memorial service for the longtime beloved sidekick of the show, Chuy Bravo – who passed away unexpectedly in December at the age of 63.
“She was just her 2010, delightful self, smiling, hugging everybody. I was like, … ‘Am I going to get a hug?’ I hugged her right back, ‘How’s your family.’ It’s great, it’s a new year, it’s a new decade, it was a great time.”
The two were seated next to each other as everyone shared stories about “Little Nugget” and she fondly recalled of the interaction: “It was just like back in the day, exactly.
“The way she would tell a story and I would remind her of something and she would add to it, she would touch my hand, it was really cool. I’m happy, I’m really happy about it.”
After over 1,000 episodes, Chelsea Lately aired its finale in August 2014 after the host and actress announced she would not renew her contract with the network.
