Harry Styles paid tribute to Caroline Flack on the Brit Awards red carpet, but fans also spotted another hidden message in another of his outfits from the night.

After he rocked the red carpet in a brown suit with a purple jumper and a black ribbon in memory of Caroline, he changed into two more outfits for the evening.

After performing in a cream outfit with a lacy shirt, Harry changed into a yellow suit with an elaborate purple necktie for the rest of the show.

Fans noticed Harry also had a pin badge on this outfit, with the words ‘treat people with kindness’ written on it.

Caroline had also posted a quote on her Instagram account in December which read: ‘In a world where you can be anything, be kind’.

As well as ‘treat people with kindness’ being a song from Harry’s new album, Fine Line, the message was especially poignant given the events of the weekend before.

It comes after Harry was robbed at knifepoint on Valentine’s Day, with the thief making off with money, though thankfully the singer was unharmed in the incident.

A day later Caroline, who Harry had had a fling with at the start of his career, was found dead after taking her own life.

The presenter had recently stepped down from presenting the winter season of Love Island after she was arrested and charged with assault following an argument with her boyfriend, Lewis Burton, before she died.

Harry had honoured her with a black ribbon on his lapel as he posed on the red carpet earlier in the evening, which is the universal symbol of mourning.

Fans noticed the subtle messages, and tweeted: ‘@Harry_Styles outfit accessories are so poignant and such a subtle but important tribute to @carolineflack1 peep the ‘treat people with kindness’ badge #Brits2020’.

Others added: ‘He’s wearing the “treat people with kindness” badge how beautiful and thoughtful of him’ and ‘harry’s badge says “treat people with kindness”, oh my heart’.
