HARRY Potter actor Rupert Grint banked £3million on top of his £50m property empire fortune last year.
The 32-year-old – best known for playing Ron Weasley – made £58,000 a week despite only making one TV show.
But it wasn’t his role in the Apple TV thriller Servant that helped him cash-in.
Instead the dad-of-one’s fortune is at £50 million thanks to his shrewd investments.
He has houses and buildings worth more than £20 million spread across a number of firms.
Rupert’s firm Clay 10 Ltd posted accounts this week that reveal it has a bottom line of £20,093,000 – up from £17million in 2019.
Clay 10 has investment properties on its books £7million.
Another firm – Oneonesix Developments – is worth around £4million and owns homes in Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire.
Recent purchases include a £500,000 home in Hitchin and £1.5 million for two neighbouring properties in Luton. And Eevil Plan Properties is worth £2 million.
The actor also bought three properties around his home village for a combined £9.2million
Rupert, 32, has worked sparingly since completing the Potter films in 2011.
Last year he starred in American-made psychological horror Servant.
It followed Dorothy and Sean Turner, a Philadelphia couple who hire Leanne to be the nanny for their baby son, Jericho, who is actually a reborn doll.
Leanne’s arrival brought frightening occurrences for the couple and Rupert starred as Dorothy’s brother, Julian.
