A new salon experience has opened at H Beauty in Harrods – from the team behind Drybar in the US.

Exclusively at Harrods, Brits can now get their hair swiftly done in a variety of styles and up-dos, making it perfect for an on-to-go pit stop before a party or social event.

For busy Londoners, this new bar could cut one step out of their getting ready process, with doors open from 7am until 8pm.

Founded in 2010 by Alli Webb, Drybar is the perhaps the original ‘blow-dry only’ destination – so there are no cuts or colour options available.

From sleek and smooth to bouncy and big, there’s a style to suit every taste.

In keeping with the salon’s ‘bar’ theme, they have a cocktail-inspired treatment menu with eight options to choose from, including: The Manhattan (straight, sleek and smooth), Old Fashioned (Hollywood vintage waves), Cosmo (loose curls), The Mai Tai (beachy waves), and The Uptini (updo).

There are also add-on style options available from the salon’s braid bar, and a Sweet Lemonade treatment for those aged 10 and under.

Annalise Fard, beauty director at Harrods, said: ‘We are incredibly excited to be launching the Drybar brand exclusively into the UK for the very first time.

‘As a leading authority in luxury and the beauty space, we are renowned for bringing game-changing services and quality products from around the globe to our Harrods and H beauty clients.

‘Visitors to our Drybar locations can pop by for a quick blow-dry before an exciting event, between meetings, or ahead of spontaneous date night and will leave looking and feeling their best.’

Outside of appointments, shoppers can get the Dryby product range in store at Harrods, from shampoo to styling tools.

Customers can also try the range in the Drybar salon before buying products to take home.

For those looking to be a regular, you’ll soon be able to apply for a Barfly membership, available in two tiered options – which gives perks such as 10% off products in the salon to free add-ons, anniversary gifts and more.

Drybar services are now available in Knightsbridge and will be closely followed by openings at H beauty locations in Milton Keynes and Lakeside on January 28, 2022, with H beauty Edinburgh in February and more openings to come in 2022.
