Halle Berry accused ex-boyfriend Gabriel Aubry of ‘having an incestuous sexual relationship with a family member’ and ‘using racial slurs’ during their romance in bombshell claims.
Previously-sealed court documents have come to light surrounding their five-year romance, in which the Catwoman actress also claimed he would refuse to acknowledge their daughter, Nahla, as biracial.
The documents from 2011 – which have been obtained by RadarOnline – stated he constantly criticised her body and was demeaning towards her during their five-year relationship, and refused to acknowledge their daughter Nahla was biracial.
The publication states the 53-year-old claimed her now-ex had a sexual relationship with a family member ‘for years’, the trauma from which ruined their own intimate life.
‘After the first six months of our relationship, our sex life diminished and after one year we had sex less than three times per year,’ she testified, according to legal documents.
‘[Gabriel] refused to either recognise or accept responsibility for these issues. Instead, he criticised my body in ways which are very demeaning to women.
‘I finally convinced [him] to go to a joint therapist to address these issues.’
According to the publication, Halle said Gabriel admitted to having a sexual relationship with a member of his family ‘for years’, with the unnamed partner ‘ending things’.
In the deposition, the mum-of-two also claimed Gabriel of having a history of mental health issues, saying he suffered from depression and social anxiety but refused to seek treatment – something which she said partly lead to their split, in 2010.
RadarOnline states Gabriel’s lawyers requested the court to strike some of Halle’s testimony from the record, claiming her comments were irrelevant or misstating facts.
The pair started dating back in 2005, welcoming their daughter together three years later.
It wasn’t to last and they went their separate ways in 2010.
A Superior Court later ruled Halle was to pay Gabriel $16,000 (£12.4k) a month in child support, as well as reimbursing $300,000 (£233k) for his attorney fees, and an additional retroactive payment of $115,000 (£89k).
