HALLE Berry recently turned 53 and is looking abs-olutely fabulous.
The Oscar winner revealed her rock hard six pack in an Instagram image on Friday.
The Monster’s Ball star posted a picture flashing her midriff, as she was covered in beads of sweat after a gruelling work out.
Berry captioned: “Happy #FitnessFriday, everyone! There’s no better feeling than setting a goal and smashing it.”
“One of my goals for #BruisedTheMovie? Ripped Abs – and today? I finally got them, and it feels unbelievable! This #FitnessFriday, I encourage you guys to set your bar.
“What is your fitness goal? Set the BAR higher than you think, share your goal in the comments and HOLD yourself to it. The work won’t be easy, but that pay off? Worth every damn second.”
The Kidnap actress shared more details of her exercise route, as curated by coach Bar Malik, to her Instagram followers.
It included a showcase of a vitamin D-enriched drink which she says she has come to rely on.
Her main routine seemed to focus on kettle bells, which she exhibited with impressive form.
Clearly her exercise plan is paying off as she looked incredibly toned and taut.
The beauty was wearing a black long-sleeved top which she raised and Venum shorts.
She appeared to be going without make-up and wrapped a scarf around her hair.
Halle has been training for Bruised, an MMA movie, which she is both directing and starring in.
In Bruised, Berry will play a former MMA fighter named Jackie Justice ‘who has failed at the one thing she’s ever been good at – fighting.
Earlier this year, the star revealed she was toughening up for her new movie by training with UFC ace Brian Ortega.
Halle, who starred alongside Keanu Reeves in John Wick: Chapter 3 this year, often shares her exercise routines, including yoga poses, online.
The star – who was previously married to Eric Benét from 2001 to 2005 and David Justice from 1992 to 1997 – is currently single following a short-lived romance with Alex Da Kid.
In addition to her Oscar, Berry boasts two Screen Actors Guild awards, a Golden Globe and an Emmy.
She juggles her workload with parenting 11-year-old daughter Nahla and six-year-old son Maceo.
