Hailey Baldwin claims devils and demons are ‘terrified’ of her and we have questions

Hailey Bieber has defended her decision to celebrate Halloween, saying that devil and demons are ‘terrified’ of her.

Hailey – who recently married Justin Bieber for the second time in South Carolina – was answering a fan Q&A on Instagram when she shared her thoughts on Halloween.

Answering a fan who asked her ‘Halloween yes or no’, the 22-year-old went on a long rant – which she has since deleted – about Christianity, how she is ‘claiming all candy for the glory of God’ and how rather than being afraid of the devil, the devil is afraid of her.

Fair enough.

Hailey began: ‘I’m a Christian. Do you have any idea what that means historically? It means I redefine everything in culture.

‘Pagan Feast of Winter Solstice? Oh, that’s now Jesus’ Birthday. Pagan Feast of Spring? Oh, that’s now EASTER WEEKEND. Pagan Celtic Festival involving dressing up and warding off evil spirits? Oh now it’s All Saints Day and we celebrate the VICTORIOUS CHURCH THAT HAS OVERCOME BY THE BLOOD OF THE LAMB!!! CANDY PLEASE’.

Speaking about her decision to celebrate Halloween, Hailey continued: ‘I’m not afraid of the world. I’m not afraid of any devil or demon incantation. They are terrified of me.

‘Halloween is now MY HOLIDAY and I am claiming all candy for the glory of God and the celebration of the Saints. What now? I’ll dress up however I like!

‘My favorite characters, pop culture stuff, whatever. It’s my party and you’re invited.

‘I’m alive today and a Saint tomorrow. Give me candy.’

We’re not too sure, but it sounds like she wants some candy…

But for anyone who’s a little confused about the erratic message, don’t worry too much.

According to People, the rant is a repost of a message written by fellow Hillsong Church member, New York City-based pastor Nathan Finochio, who justifies the choice to celebrate Halloween, despite some who criticise 31st October as a pagan and ‘un-Christian practice’.

Hailey also had to defend her practice of celebrating Halloween to a fan on Insta stories, after one called her out for being a ‘fake Christian’.

‘I still dress up for Halloween,’ Hailey said, ‘our kids are gonna celebrate too :)’ (referring to potential future kids with Justin).

Going to make a wild guess here and say Hailey will definitely be celebrating Halloween this year then.
