Guy Ritchie has shared a rare snap with all his children and wife Jacqui Ainsley to celebrate Christmas Day, after a reported legal blow up with ex Madonna.
The film director, 51, posted the family photograph to Instagram on Wednesday, with everyone dressed to impress in their best outfits.
He can be seen with an arm around his eldest son Rocco, 19, who he shares with his ex, while his younger children stand in the middle of the picture.
All together: Guy Ritchie, 51, shared a sweet snap of his family, including his five children, to mark Christmas Day on Wednesday. Pictured left to right is David Banda, 14, wife Jacqui Ainsley, 38, Rafael, eight, Rivka, seven, Levi, five, Rocco, 19, and Guy
Also seen in the sweet image is David Banda, 14, who Madonna adopted from Malawi during her and Guy’s eight year marriage.
David, who has recently been spending time in London with Guy, is seen grinning in the snap as he stands with his arm around Jacqui.
The football star looked smart in a blue jacket and white t-shirt which he paired with jeans and Adidas trainers.
Eldest son Rocco also put on a stylish display as he posed in a cream suit which boasted wide-leg trousers and a double breasted jacket.
Family: On Monday Guy 9pictured in 2015 with Rocco and David Banda) filed a motion in his divorce case with ex wife Madonna asking for ‘the enforcement or execution of a judgment or order’. The timing of this suggested there could be a disagreement over where some of their children should spend Christmas
Rocco placed his arm around his younger sibling Levi, five, who wore a dapper corduroy blazer and tan trousers.
Eight-year-old Rafael also looked smart in the family photograph, wearing a tweed jacket and trainers just like David Banda.
While Rivka, seven, made sure she could be seen among her brothers by standing on a table in a pretty patterned blue dress with a white Peter Pan collar.
Guy’s wife Jacqui, 38 , opted for a pair of pale pink trousers and a blue tailored jacket in the snap and wore her sleek locks down.
Exes: The film producer and singer, pictured together in 2008, have son Rocco, 19, over whom they waged a bitter custody battle which ended in 2016
Apart: David Banda, who Madonna adopted during her marriage to Guy, has recently been spending time with Guy in London (the mother and son are pictured in July 2017 in Malawi)
It comes after Madonna canceled her Miami show on Sunday night just before her ex Guy filed in divorce court.
The next day DailyMail.com revealed that Guy filed a motion in their divorce case asking for ‘the enforcement or execution of a judgment or order’ in Manhattan Supreme Court.
The timing of the motion – which was filed on December 23 – suggested there could be a disagreement over where some of Madonna’s six children should be spending Christmas.
The motion in the case was filed at the Manhattan Supreme Court in Madonna and Guy’s divorce case.
The matter was settled in 2008 but any disputes over their children are dealt with there.
Result: After Madonna and Guy’s custody battle, Rocco was allowed to live in the UK. The ex couple are pictured with Madonna’s daughter Lourdes and Rocco in 2007
Madonna – who was recently pictured with new toyboy Ahlamalik Williams in Miami – and Ritchie have Rocco together over whom they waged a bitter and public custody battle over in courts in London and New York.
That ended in 2016 with Rocco being allowed to live in the UK with his father, a director whose films include Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels.
During her eight year marriage to Ritchie Madonna adopted David Banda. Their younger son has recently been spending time with Ritchie in London.
The court docket states that the defendant, in this case Guy, has filed a motion asking for ‘enforcement or execution of a judgement or order’.
New love: Madonna has recently been dating a new toyboy, Ahlamalik Williams, 26. They were seen together (above) in Miami on the Florida leg of her tour
The matter has not been ruled on by Judge Deborah Kaplan, who is overseeing the case.
During the previous dispute over Rocco, Christmas was the cause of a flare up in 2015.
At that time Judge Kaplan ordered the boy, who was 15 at the time, to return to New York to be with his mother but g=Guy’s lawyers said he did not want to.
Ritchie and Madonna got married in 2000 in Skibo Castle in Scotland in a high profile ceremony attended by Gwyneth Paltrow, Donatella Versace and Stella McCartney.
Under the terms of their divorce he reportedly got around $92 million, which includes the Punchbowl pub in Mayfair, London that they owned and their estate in Wiltshire.

Madonna has occasionally spoken about their marriage and in an interview with Newsweek she said that the romance died.
She said: ‘When you start off, everything’s great and lovely, and the person you’ve married is flawless, and you’re flawless.
‘Then time goes by, and you share a life, you have children, and there are cracks in the veneer.’
In another interview she said that at times she ‘felt incarcerated’ by Ritchie.
She said: ‘If you’re an artist you’ve got to find someone who accepts who you are and are comfortable with that.’
Ritchie has been far more vocal and has said that whilst he does not regret his time with Madonna, the drama was too much and that their life became a ‘soap opera’.

Friends of his have also claimed that her strict diet, her Kabbalah religion and obsession with yoga made her hard to live with.
After divorcing Madonna Ritchie, 50, married his second wife Jacqui Ainsley in 2015, with whom he has three children.
In July they posed with David Banda at the premiere of the Lion King in London where the boy beamed a smile as he wore black tie.
Madonna has four other children, Lourdes, 23, Mercy James, 13, who was adopted from Malawi, as were twins Stelle and Estere, 7.

Her latest social media posts give no clue about the nature of the dispute. She is currently on her Madame X world tour, though she is taking a break for Christmas.
However the night before the legal filing, Madonna angered fans by canceling her Miami performance of the Madame X tour.

One fan posted a photo of himself giving two middle fingers to a promotional poster outside the Fillmore where she was set to perform.
Others claim a ‘furious’ Madonna threw a tantrum during warm ups, fired two employees and then canceled the show.
‘She threw a fit rehearsals and was upset for low ticket sales and the venues unprofessionalism and said she’s out,’ one Facebook user said.
The 61-year-old later took to Instagram to say she was suffering from ‘indescribable’ pain from a past injury and it meant she had to call off the show.
As part of her routine for her single Batuka, the US artist climbs a ladder backstage and appears facing fans on top of a mock up set of steps.
She said that when she climbed the ladder in Miami she was ‘in tears from the pain of my injuries’, which she said had been ‘indescribable for the past few days.’
‘With every song I sang, I said a prayer that I would make it to the next and get thru the show. My prayers were answered, and I made it,’ she said.
‘I consider myself a warrior. I never quit, I never give in, I never give up!! However this time I have to listen to my body. And accept that my pain is a warning.’
