GOSU.AI Raised $2.8M Series B Led by Educational Technology Fund Brighteye Ventures

Yesterday, Lithuanian gaming data and AI-based coaching platform developer GOSU Data Lab announced that it has raised a $2.8M Series B investment led by Brighteye Ventures, a European education technology venture capital fund. Further investors in the round included Skype Co-Founder, Toivo Annus and the existing GOSU investors (Runa Capital, Ventech, Sistema VC, and Gagarin Capital).

The startup based in Vilnius, Lithuania, was founded in 2017 by Alisa Chumachenko, also the founder of mobile game developer Game Insight, and has raised $5.6M to date. Earlier this year in March, the company secured a $1.9M Series A investment led by Runa Capital and participation of Ventech and Sistema VC.

GOSU Data Labs created the AI-based video-gaming coaching application, GOSU.AI, which is currently in an open beta version. Last week, the developer presented its plans for a desktop voice assistant that proactively offers strategies, tactics, and comments to players while playing League of Legends.
