Google Maps: Bikini-clad woman shows her flexible skills on Californian beach

Since launching in 2007, Google Maps Street View has become a useful tool for millions of users looking to locate destinations from the comfort of their own device.

However, the tool isn’t used purely for geographical purposes, and has unleashed a world of mystery and oddities ranging from the weird to the wonderful and downright embarrassing.

Google Maps has become a source of comedy for many, with Instagram accounts and websites dedicated to the hilarious discoveries users picked up while using the tool.

One woman recently became the latest to be spotted in a capture on Google Maps Street View, after she was photographed in the middle of a rather flexible act.

The woman can be seen on Carpinteria State Beach in California on what looks like a particularly cloudy day.

There’s barely any other beachgoers seen on the beach apart from the two women beside her – just golden sand and greenery.

She’s not the only person captured by Google Maps Street View camera showing off her skills.

A woman was captured on a beach in Australia engaging in a particularly flexible act.

Wearing a khaki green bikini top and white bikini briefs, the unidentified woman can be seen doing some sort of yoga pose as she looks up to the sun and remains in the impressive position.

It looks as if the woman is doing yoga on the quiet beach and was unaware she was captured on camera which doesn’t show her face.

“If you see that your face or license plate requires additional blurring, or if you would like us to blur your entire house, car, or body, submit a request using the ‘Report a problem’ tool.

“Please note, however, that once Google blurs an image, the effect is permanent. If you submit a request to have your house blurred from Street View imagery, all historical and future images of your house will also be blurred.”
