GMB's Kate Garraway admits coronavirus fears after Prince Charles meeting


Good Morning Britain host Kate Garraway admitted she was scared she’d contracted coronavirus during her meet with Prince Charles at the National Prince’s Trust Awards.

It was announced by Prince Charles and Clarence House that the Prince of Wales had tested positive for Covid-19 yesterday.

GMB stars Kate Garraway and Ben Shepard sparked concern on today’s show after they admitted they were worried about their health after meeting Prince Charles last month.

The TV presenters spoke to Royal commentator Emily Andrews, with Ben asking whether the prince will be contacting the people he’s greeted recently.

Ben said: “Kate and I actually met Prince Charles, of course, at the National Prince’s Trust Awards.”

With Kate quickly adding: “Yes, but we didn’t shake hands, Emily, but we were very close.”
